    Eating sweets after a meal is a practice followed by all cultures and it is now the done thing to have a sweet dish and/or fruits after a meal . In India we also have the practice of having paan or paan masala after the meal which is like a mouth freshener. Nowadays you get even chocolates with paan flavor, and some of them are good !


    Yes most people go for custards, ice creams and deserts.

    A particular state serves every dish with sugar. They put a little sugar in vegetables and Dal etc. also.

    I need not take sweets after meals and normally I do not. However I prefer sweet dish of custard or pudding and not sweets like Rasogula, Jalebi etc.

    Actually Rosgulla is famous of Bengal and so we like it as it is very tasty also. In any occasion this is must.

    Yes I have seen every train full of Chaina being carried to Haldirams Rosogulla is too good sweet there.
