    That a team of eleven members depends on one single man's capabilaities will put any team in bad light. Such teams should stop selecting eleven members and select one Dhoni or one Sachin. It saves lot of money to the selection board.

    In Asia Cup, due to skipper and wicket keeper Dhoni's absence, his replacement Karthick had done horrible job behind wicket, he missed twos easy stumpings of two highest scorer of opponent, and India eventually lost both matches against Pak and SL and incidentally out of Asia cup, it is Dhoni who is making the difference. The presence of Dhoni is being felt enormously in ongoing T20 world cup and today's win can be ticket to semis.

    Dhoni has proved his Leadership ability in the past. And his absence and the subsequent defeats in the two major Tourneys and the present two wins further confirmed his Leadership qualities.
